YWCA Dayton Rape Crisis Center provides free and confidential support, open to all survivors of sexual violence, such as rape, sexual harassment, and human trafficking. We are the only accredited rape crisis center serving Preble and Montgomery counties.

Survivor Advocacy
Whether you experienced an event yesterday or years ago, our team is here to support you.
Accompaniment & Advocacy
Trained advocates with YWCA Dayton’s Rape Crisis Center are available to accompany survivors in Montgomery and Preble counties as they move through their survivor journey.
Medical Advocacy: Assistance during forensic exam process. Survivors are entitled to a free medical exam whether or not they choose to report to law enforcement.
Law Enforcement Advocacy: Assistance during the investigation process.
Justice System Advocacy: Assistance through the criminal and civil court processes, ensuring survivors have a voice.
Support Groups
Connect with fellow survivors in a safe space. Free and confidential options include groups open to any adult survivor and friends and family, and free trauma-informed yoga held with Day Yoga Studio.

Reducing the risk of violence in youth audiences through the promotion of healthy behaviors. Topics include consent, healthy communication, media literacy and bystander strategies.
Gem City Safe Bars
Evidence-based curriculum designed to empower bar, club. and restaurant staff to stand up against sexual violence as it may occur on the premises.
