Especially during this challenging pandemic, YWCA Dayton is proud to offer a virtual way for survivors and their loved ones to access support. Weekly online group chats for sexual assault survivors and friends/family are held in partnership with RAINN. As an affiliate partner of RAINN, YWCA Dayton is able to use RAINN’s technology to manage its own online support group, or HelpRoom. HelpRoom is an anonymous, confidential online group chat option that allows those who have been affected by sexual violence to connect with one another. Trained staff facilitate these group discussions to ensure a safe environment for all visitors. Follow link below to join.
