Youth/Teen Services Mission:
Empowering teens to explore and achieve their highest potential.
Teen Services Commitment
Girls LEAD! of the YWCA Dayton programming is offered year-round to all girls in Montgomery County ages 11-18 and may include community service projects, after-school tutoring/study/computer lab, enrichment activities, and a series of leadership-building summer camps. Girls from diverse backgrounds come together to expand their horizons, make friends, and explore new ways of learning and thinking. Our biggest program of the year, Girls LEAD! Summer Camp brings community leaders to facilitate programs that teach diversity and inclusion, healthy relationships, good communication skills, nutrition, self-esteem, and other life related topics and includes field trips to area attractions like Newport Aquarium, LaserQuest, and King's Island.
